Office spaces range from 110 to 300 SF. There is 24/7 building access with CCTV monitoring and security system. Tenants have free access to conference rooms, kitchen, and common spaces; and free access to Pallet jacks and other equipment.
Join a vibrant community of small businesses with all-inclusive pricing; there are no hidden fees or charges. We offer Flexible lease terms (including short term), ability to grow or shrink your space. Brokers, no fuss involved, just make a call, and receive a market commission if your client signs a lease. You don’t have to show up – we’ll handle the tour.
