The company designs and builds multi-function units that blend warehouse, office, storage, and showroom capabilities into right-sized spaces starting around 1,000 square feet. With flexible lease terms and all-inclusive pricing, MicroFlex targets small businesses, contractors, e-commerce operators, and hobbyists who have outgrown their garage but don’t need traditional large-format industrial space. The company currently operates facilities in Auburn-Opelika, Birmingham-Irondale, Birmingham-Hoover, and Huntsville, with plans to expand across the Southeast.
